Friday night was Nikki's birthday celebrations! And no she didn't turn 5!


 Saturday night was sad as it was Mosie's (Mike &amp; Rosie's) going away party! They are travelling for ten weeks before heading back to Oz...like forever! Here are some random shots from the night and funny, we didn't get any of Mosie!

Firstly we watched Australia redeem themselves in the Tri Nations match again South Africa. Go the Wallabies! 
Secondly there was some bowling and boxing WII magic.  And thirdly the highlight of the day, heading over to Hyde Park to watch the time trials for the Tour de France. Friday evening (8 June 2007) we caught a bus with a heap of friends destination Newquay, Cornwell, UK for our much anticipated Surf Trip. The group (much like our ski trip in March) consisted of Nikki &amp; Paul, Penny &amp; Kris, Kylie &amp; John, Sophie &amp; Andrew, Miriam &amp; Pete, Alex and us.

1. Monseraz, Portugal

With its white washed walls, rocky hilltop setting, quiet atmosphere and non-existent tourists the town was a joy to explore.

The coastline was some of the most spectacular we have ever seen. We hired the boat from Galleon Marine just near Hook, a town about 1 hour south east of London. The crew consisted of Penny, Kris, Rosie, Mike, Ben and us.

It was a relaxing weekend on the water, the scenery so green and beautiful.
