Lübeck & Hamburg, Germany
Friday 17th March saw us jet set to Europe for our first weekend away. For 5p each (+ taxes) (about $0.13 AUD) our destination was Lübeck and Hamburg, Germany. Our travelling companions being "Team North Face" (Kristopher and Penelope).
Hamburg has lots and lots and lots of dog poo (it's everywhere), a huge port / habour and is famous for its Red Light District (Reeperbahn). Between shopping for gimp masks, strap on dildo's and handcuffs we sampled many a local delicacy with weiners, bratwurst and beer on the menu. The highlight of the trip being the Hofbräu an der Alster (great call Kris).

Lübeck was a pretty little town that also had a famous beer drinking establishment and the most awesome road side diner..... those ladies rocked - the food at 1.35am was sensational; yummy bratwurst and hamburgers with lots of mustard!

Downside of the trip was that both hotels did not believe in hot water even though it was between 0C and 5C's outside each day. Worthy points to note was the singing, beer and the food, ohhhh, and the company of course.

"It's Raining Men! Hallelujah! - It's Raining Men!"
